Mycophenolate mofetil cream is a topical immunosuppressant used off-label for severe eczema, psoriasis, or vitiligo to reduce immune-mediated inflammation. Containing mycophenolate mofetil, it inhibits lymphocyte proliferation, easing inflammation and aiding repigmentation in vitiligo. Apply thinly to affected areas 1–2 times daily as prescribed; results may take weeks. Side effects include mild irritation or photosensitivity; use sunscreen. Avoid in pregnancy due to risks.
